Plastic Machining
We also have the capability to precision engineer plastics and can machine plastic components using our CNC machining, cutting, routing, milling and lathe facilities. We commonly work with engineering plastics such as Nylon, Acetal, Polyethylene and PTFE. We can also machine specialist plastics including PEEK and PVDF.
Plastic Fabrication
We also have plastic fabrication facilities and can form, bend, weld, bond and polish a wide range of industrial plastics. We commonly work with materials such as polycarbonate, acrylic / Perspex®, PETG, PVC, polypropylene,, and Vyon® breathable plastics. We can also flame or diamond polish edge in applications where appearance is important.
