Change Parts & Worm Feeds
PAR have experience in manufacturing STAR WHEELS, WORM FEEDS and SCROLLS in a wide range of industries. Our parts are manufactured from UHMW which offers a very high rate of wear, high impact strength, a low coefficient of friction and reduced noise. We can work with existing templates, drawings or a new bottle you want to bring into production. The parts can be labelled and colour coded to suit specific production items.
Scrolls and Wormfeeds
All our scrolls are machined on CNC machines allowing us to manufacture with the smoothest possible container handling. Our standard material is UHMW but many other materials are available including: PVC, Nylon, Tufnol, PTFE and Oil Filled Nylon. Standard colours are black or white UHMW, however, they can be colour co-ordinated if required. Parts can be manufactured to customer drawings or samples or from the container it has been handling, along with any new containers you may require. If you are unable to provide us with drawings or samples, we will visit your site to take all the necessary details required.
