Polycarbonate Sheet

Polycarbonate is a transparent, dimensionally stable engineering plastic. It has high transparency and toughness making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
Polycarbonate is available in various brands including Palsun®, Makrolon® and Lexan®.
Key Features:
- High impact strength
- Easy to fabricate, form and bond
- Easily machined and polished, care required with coolant
- Easily welded & bonded
- Good electrical insulation
- Higher heat resistance to PETG
Temperature rating: -40°C to 130°C, 140°C short term
Applications: Polycarbonate Machine Guards, doors, chutes, transparent working models, insulators, plug strips, masking covers, photo couplers, sight glasses, weather protection parts, vandal protection, security
