Teflon Coatings
PAR offer a coating service in a wide variety of plastics including thermosets (epoxy and polyester), thermoplastics (nylon, polyethylene and EVA) and fluoropolymers (PTFE, PFA and Halar). The wide variety of processes and materials available guarantees that parts can be coated for either a functional or decorative purpose.
We also offer a brush roller refurbishment service for cleaning baking trays.
Ideal within bakeries where baking trays, chutes and associated components can be given a non-slip, non-toxic surface. This is both cost effective and hygienic and individual or high volume components will all be considered.
PTFE also has excellent chemical resistance properties, making it ideal for lining dip pipes, pipework and centrifugal systems within the chemical industry. For specific information regarding the chemical resistance of individual coatings please contact our sales office.
