Plastic fabrication is the process by which plastic sheet is formed, folded, welded or bonded in the manufacture of bespoke plastic parts. PAR Group offer a comprehensive plastic fabrication service using a wide range of in-house manufacturing facilities. We can fabricate from thermoplastics such as PETG, polycarbonate, acrylic (Perspex®), PVC, polypropylene and polyethylene. We also have the capability to flame polish edges for applications where appearance is important.
Our plastic fabrication facilities enable us to manufacture products including machine guards, covers and transfer chutes. New parts can be fabricated from drawings or existing samples. If these are not available, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
