Polyethylene PE1000 sheet - UHMW HOT offers a higher wear resistance and impact strength compared to HDPE and HMWPE. It is extremely strong with excellent wear resistance due to a very low coefficient of friction. It also has excellent chemical resistance, very low moisture absorption and is FDA approved. It is capable of much higher temperatures than standard polyethylene PE1000 sheet.
Chain guides, wear strips, machined parts, hot environments, bakeries, food processing plants.
