Dividing and collecting breechings are used to either split the direction of water flow or merge two hose lines together. They are available in two different material types and are connected to layflat fire hose using instantaneous fire hose couplings.

Our dividing breechings (sometimes referred to as wye pieces) divide a water hose into two lines. They can be manually operated or have controlling pieces to assist an operator. Our dividing breechings have 1 x male instantaneous inlet to 2 x female instantaneous outlets.

Our collecting breechings gather water from two lines to join into one. There are no controlling devices on a collecting breeching. Our collecting breechings have 2 x male instantaneous inlet to 1 x female instantaneous outlets.
