This is achieved by utilising our in-house CNC profile cutting and machining technology, along with our expertise in plastic fabrication. We have the unique capability to cut, engrave and form a wide range of plastic materials to specific requirements. Our service includes the engraving of various multi-layered plastics and the fabrication and assembly of bespoke units such as shadow boards for the storage of tools, cleaning materials and other equipment. Labels, stencils and other bespoke shapes can also be precision cut.

A resilient, hard wearing plastic that is specifically designed for leisure equipment and display applications. HDPE playground plastic is extremely durable, UV resistant, and easily machined and fabricated. It can also be engraved utilising in-house CNC machinery. Temperature range of -10°C up to +80°C.
