Hygienic Wall Cladding

Hygienic wall cladding can be applied to new or old surfaces to provide a sealed clean room environment. It is a simple, user-friendly system designed to help comply with food industry regulations where there is a risk of hygiene issues. Our hygienic wall cladding provides a tough, low maintenance and attractive finish and is available in the following plastic types.

U-PVC Hygienic Wall Cladding

U-PVC is our most popular wall cladding material. It is a high impact, FDA approved material with outstanding hygiene properties and a class 1 fire rating. It also has very high chemical resistance and has good impact strength to 0°C. It is available in range of colours and is fixed using the choice of fixings, adhesives and sealants.

Polypropylene Hygienic Wall Cladding

A durable, FDA approved material, ideal for use where hygiene is a priority. It has excellent impact strength to -20°C making it ideal for cold storage areas. It is available in white and sky blue and requires rivets for mechanical fixings
