6505F - Very Heavy Duty PU Ducting - Food Approved

6505F - very heavy duty PU ducting - food approved is manufactured from translucent polyurethane, reinforced with a polyurethane coated high adhesion steel wire.

Applications

Delivery of abrasive materials, dry foods, pellets and powders.

Key Features

Temperature: -40°C to +90°C (+125°C short term).
Highly resistant to abrasion.
Halogen free.
Excellent resistance to chemicals, ozone, UV rays and weather condition.
Phthalate free.
Odourless.
Has an almost smooth bore.

Standards

EU Regulation 10/2011.
FDA title 21 CFR 177.2600.
RoHS 2011/65/EU Directive.
It can be made electrically bonded by earthing the steel spiral.
The electrical resistance R ≤ 10² Ohm/m is according to ISO 8031 - ATEX Directive 94/4/EC and 99/92/EC.
