6505XF - Very Heavy Duty PU Ducting (Flexible)
6505XF - very heavy duty PU ducting (flexible) is manufactured from extra flexible, translucent polyurethane and reinforced with a polyurethane coated coppered steel spiral. The sheer flexibility of this ducting, along with its abrasion resistance properties has made this product a very popular choice in a range of industries. Applications
Suction and transport of sawdust and wood splinters, cereals, granules, abrasives, solids and fumes. Ideal where an extra flexible ducting is required.
Key Features
- Temperature: -40°C to +90°C (+125°C short term).
- Highly resistant to abrasion.
- Phthalate and halogen free.
- Consists of an almost smooth bore.
- Excellent resistance to microbes, most chemicals, ageing, ozone, hydrolysis and UV rays.
Standards
- RoHS 2011/65/EU Directive.
- It can be made electrically bonded by earthing the steel spiral.
- The electrical resistance R ≤ 102 Ohm/m is according to ISO 8031 - ATEX Directive 94/4/EC and 99/92/EC).
