Rubber steam hoses are manufactured with a fabric reinforcement for standard steam applications up to 7 Bar, or a wire helix reinforcement for use with superheated steam up to 17 Bar. Steam can be dangerous, so great care and attention should be taken to ensure you're selecting the correct steam hose, fittings and clamping solution for your application. If you are in any doubt as to the pressure ratings, temperature, static or dynamic flexing and abrasion of your application, please consult our technical sales team.
We also supply a full range of steam hose couplings and safety clamps, which should be used for all steam hose assembly applications. It is not recommended that hose couplings are swaged onto your hose when conveying steam.

A steam, ageing and weather resistant rubber reinforced cover with high strength textile nylon plies. Available from 10mm - 76mm inside diameter. Temperature range of -40°C up to +170°C. Working pressure of 7 Bar with steam, or 15 Bar with water.
