6131 - Wire Reinforced Polyurethane Hose

6131 - wire reinforced polyurethane hose is manufactured from ether-based hygienic thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) and reinforced with a stainless steel spiral.

Applications

Suction of powders and highly abrasive granules, including flour, grains, sugar, salt, and dry fruit. It is also suitable for food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical liquids with an alcohol concentration of up to a maximum of 20%.

• Food grade according to the EU 10/2011 Regulation (classes A, B, C, D2 and E)
• Regulation and FDA Title 21 CFR 177.2600.
• By grounding the steel spiral, the hose is electrically bonded according to TRB S 2153. The electrical resistance R ≤ 10² Ohm/m is according to ISO 8031, ATEX Directive 94/4/EC and 99/92/EC.
