Dual Containment Hose

Dual containment hose offers a flexible, high quality solution to containing costly chemical spills in the water treatment and chemical industry. It is constructed from an inner carrier tube with outer containment hose.
Applications: designed for use where additional protection is required and helps to ensure no contamination to the environment or to the product, chemical dosing, chemical tranfser and water treatment.
Options available:
• A ready made dual containment - inner carrier tube and outer containment hose available in long lengths
• Shorter lengths of more standard products which require the inner carrier tube threading through the outer containment hose. This option often requires catch-pots / containment units at the joins.

Outer containment hose
Our outer containment hose is manufactured from an FDA approved material and comes with a pre-threaded stainless steel wire to enable the inner carrier tube to be pulled through. This is also ideal for replacing the inner carrier tube without the need to replace outer containment hose.
