Silicone Turbocharger Hose
We offer a range of straight, shaped or convoluted hoses for Turbocharger and Intercooler connections. The technically advanced materials and designs provide long service life under extreme service conditions. The multi-directional, dynamic test rigs allow development of hoses which meet the most demanding requirements of movement, flexing, temperature, pressure and vibration; meeting the demands of modern engines and emission regulations.
Manufactured using high quality silicones, polyester* and meta-aramid fabrics, hoses can be supplied with fluorosilicone or fluorocarbon lining for superior oil and chemical resistance.
Meta-aramid temperature range: -60ºC up to 230ºC continuous with intermittent range to 260ºC
*Polyester reinforcement is only recommended where operational temperatures will not exceed 170ºC
Turbocharger hoses can be manufactured to bespoke designs and specifications and are available with conventional 'cuff' design for use with band or 'T' bolt clamps or, with 'V' band clamp design. The 'V' band design is particularly useful where there are space limitations.
