Needle Felt Filter Socks and Sleeves

We at PAR Group can manufacture needle felt filter socks and sleeves from polyester needle felt. It's a robust and abrasive-resistant material generally used for dust filtration. Our needle felt filter socks and sleeves are manufactured from anti-static polyester needle felt as standard, with conductive yarns woven into the scrim. This type is recommended for applications where static electrical charges can build up in certain dusts, such as ground plastics, sugar and flour.

This material can be washed/rinsed with a mild detergent to allow for general maintenance.

Food, wood, metal processing, cement and quarrying industries.

• Temperature: Up to +150°C
• Good resistance to common acids, solvents, oxidising agents and abrasion.
• Fair resistance to alkalis.
• Poor resistance to hydrolysis.
