Bespoke Rubber Extrusions

Bespoke rubber extrusions are available in a wide range of compounds including commercial, neoprene, nitrile, silicone, EPDM, Viton® and thermoplastic materials. Our service covers design of tooling and samples, right through to final inspection and despatch. New tools are often inexpensive and can generally be manufactured within a tight time scale following receipt of your order. Cut profiles can be supplied in straight lengths or coils, and can be cut to shorter lengths using lathes or an automatic guillotine. With access to steam autoclave curing, microwave, slat bath, plastics and silicone extrusion processes we are competitive from small batches through to hundreds or thousands of metres.
