Silicone Extrusions

Silicone Extrusions

Silicone extrusions are available in various profiles to suit your individual requirements. We are able to manufacture most profiles from samples or drawings. Silicone extrusions are commonly used in high temperature sealing, door sealing, gaskets, dispensers and oven seals.

Applications

High temperature sealing applications, door seals, gaskets, heat sealing profiles, oven door seals, food quality sealing.

Key Features

  • Temperature: -60°C up to +200°C (Higher temperature grade available, see below).
  • Good UV resistance.
  • Any RAL colour is available.
  • Bespoke profiles can be manufactured.
  • Anti friction treatment available on various grades.

Availability:

Our standard profiles are shown below. Please click on the profile you require to view a PDF detailing dimensions of the standard tools available. General purpose grade in 60° hardness is supplied as standard.

Self-adhesive backing can be applied to some profiles. Please advise at point of enquiry if you'd like self-adhesive backing applied and include information as to which surface of the profile it needs to be applied to.

An anti friction treatment can be applied to low durometer, general purpose, high strength, high temperature and platinum cured grades. Extrusions with the anti friction treatment applied have a smooth finish with highly reduced dirt attraction and stickiness. FDA compliant grades are still FDA compliant with the treatment applied.

Coil Length (mtrs): 10 (minimum order quantity)*
Colours: White (as standard). Any RAL colour available upon request.
*Manufactured to order in a minimum of 10 metres to almost any length.
