Moulded Bellows

When your application calls for a low-volume moulded bellows solution, PAR provides a cost-effective range of options. Our bellows require no expensive tooling, making the manufacture of small quantities of bellows a viable proposition.
Moulded bellows can be manufactured in a variety of heat-treatable materials, including:
Rubber
- A good choice for arduous applications
- Competitively priced for low-volume production
- Excellent resilience to deflection
- Ideal for accommodating lateral movement or misalignment between fixing points
- Temperature limits: Neoprene -20°C to +100°C. Silicone -60°C to +250°C
- Specific grades to certain British standards
Polyurethane
Polyurethane’s inherent toughness, combined with its resistance to abrasion, hydrolysis, ultraviolet rays, oils and most aliphatic fuels makes it an ideal material for use in moulded bellows. - Maximum flexibility
- Excellent resistance to chemicals and hazardous contaminants
- Aesthetically pleasing in black or translucent film
- Frequently used on special-purpose machinery and in the medical and nuclear industries
- Can also be supplied in flame-retardant PVC film
- Operational temperatures from -30°C to +60°C
