Food Quality Gaskets

Food Quality Gaskets

At PAR Group we have been manufacturing gaskets for use in the food, drink and pharmaceutical industries for over three decades. Many of our materials conform with the latest European and American food approval regulations and are commonly used to prevent the product escaping in processing and packaging applications.

Popular food quality materials include nitrile, which offers excellent resistance to animal and vegetable oils, silicone, which provides outstanding resistance to temperatures, and PTFE based materials providing excellent resistance to chemicals.

We also offer metal detectable materials that contain additives which are identifiable to scanning equipment, thus helping to reduce the risk of product contamination. Food approved WRAS / WRc gaskets are also available and are commonly used by water authorities in potable water applications.

We utilise highly advanced CNC machinery to convert stocked gasket materials and can fulfil high volume or single unit orders. Whether you require a standard flange gasket or a bespoke picture frame gasket, we have the capability to cut to your specific requirements.

If you are unsure how to measure the gasket you require, we have put together a helpful guide that provides information on how to determine size you need.
