Blue Gylon® 3504 Gasket Material

Blue Gylon® 3504 Gasket Material

Blue Gylon® 3504 is a highly compressible modified PTFE gasket material.  It has excellent chemical resistance and retains all the positive characteristics of PTFE, but minimises the creep and flow problems associated with conventional PTFE products.  It is blue in colour and conforms to FDA requirements

Temperature:  -268°C to +260°C

Max pressure:  55bar.

Applications:  used with glass-lined, enamelled or plastic flanges in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food processing, and electronics sectors.

Availability:

Sheet size (mtrs):   1.5 x 1.52
Thickness (mm):   0.8, 1.0, 1.6, 2.0, 3.2
