We have been a ‘go to’ supplier for all forms of gaskets and gasket materials for many years. Our extensive range includes the popular Novus™ 5G compressed fibre and Sigma® PTFE ranges.
Manufactured as compressed fibre, non-asbestos alternatives, the Novus™ 5G materials combine high specification nitrile rubber binders with a variety of natural and synthetic fibres. This results in a variety of BS7531 conformant materials known for their excellent sealing properties at high and low temperatures and at a range of pressure levels.
We also supply a collection of Sigma® gasket sheet materials manufactured with a PTFE base. These materials display excellent dimensional stability, outstanding resistance to almost all chemicals across the PH range, and are temperature rated from -250°C up to +250°C. This, along with FDA approvals, makes them particularly suited for chemical conveyance and food contact applications.
Our bespoke CNC profile cutting and gasket manufacturing facilities allow us to convert all Novus™ and Sigma® materials into flange table gaskets, picture frame gaskets, custom shapes, washers and seals.
