In March 2023, PAR group acquired the long established Aquarius Plastics Ltd.

Aquarius Plastics have been very successful operating in the Guildford area for over 30 years.

Following the acquisition, the current working premises in Guildford has now closed and all pre-existing business and stock has been transferred to our PAR Group branch in Manchester (see contact details below).

Aquarius Plastics carried BAE Systems and Airbus approvals relating to AS management systems.
PAR Group continue to operate to Aquarius quality standards supported by our existing ISO 9001 accreditation.

Aquarius’ ongoing business falls perfectly into our core product range and capabilities and, as such, we expect the transition to be seamless.

This is a significant acquisition by the PAR Group, further strengthening our position as one of the leading plastic, insulation and rubber product suppliers in the UK.
