Polyethylene Foam Sheet (Zote® Foam) is available in cross linked and non-cross linked grades and in a wide variety of densities and colours. It has good resistance to weather and oil, some grades can be routed and machined. We offer branded Plastazote® and Evazote® foams as well as alternatives. Polyethylene foams that comply with EC food contact regulations are also available.

Density (Kg/m³): 25, 30, 45, 60 (as standard), 15, 18, 24, 33, 50 (upon request)

Temperature: -80°C to +100°C

Applications:  Seals, gaskets, packing cases, point of sale display, packaging, impact and edge protection profiles, sports equipment and gym mats and expansion strips and gap fill.


Colour: Black (BK), White (WE), Yellow (YW), Blue (BE), Red (RD), Pink (PK)
