Klinger Gasket Materials

Klinger Gasket Materials

Gaskets, gasket materials and bespoke CNC conversion have been at the forefront of our business for many years. Klinger® gasket materials are our product of choice when supplying compressed fibre, asbestos replacement gaskets and materials.

Developed in 1886 and renowned for quality and reliability, Klinger® materials are supplied in a range of grades capable of tackling a multitude of applications and environments. Most grades comply with BS7531 and common industries include aerospace, chemical, petrochemical, power generation, oil and gas, though the properties supplied render them equally suited to sealing applications in almost any sector and circumstance.

Our CNC profile cutting facilities provide us with the capability to convert all sheeting materials into standard flange gaskets, bespoke washers and seals, or custom shapes and profiles to your requirements.

To help determine which Klinger® gasket material might best suit your application and to allow us to provide you with the best advice, please contact us providing the following details:

  • Operating Temperature
  • Operating Pressure
  • Product
  • Gasket Size and Details (if a standard flange, please see our flange gasket tables page).

If you're still unsure which Klinger® material is right for your application, there's a helpful comparison table and chemical resistance chart at the bottom of this page which should help you make your decision.

Many of our Klinger® gasket materials are available to purchase online at PAR Direct. Full sheets and cut quarter pieces can be bought, with free UK mainland delivery available on orders of goods worth £50 (ex VAT) or more. To do this, please click the 'buy online' button at the top of the page.
