Sindanyo® has been developed to provide outstanding service in demanding thermal and electrical applications. It is manufactured from a mixture of cement and fibres. There are two grades available. L21 is primarily used as an electrical insulator. H91 is used more as a heat insulator.
Temperature:
L21 up to +230°C.
H91 up to +700°C.
Key features:
- Strong and rigid.
- High strength at higher temperatures.
- Low thermal conductivity.
- Excellent insulation properties.
- Suitable for machined components.
Applications: Rollers, pusher blocks, door insulation, furnace insulation, exhaust systems, forging of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, press tools.
