Polyurethane Mouldings & Castings
Liquid Polyurethane is dispensed into heated moulds, heat cured and then trimmed or machined. Due to the open pour method mould costs will be comparatively low. This process suits both high and low volume production. Metal parts can also be incorporated.
Applications: Scrapers, castors, washers, blocks, bumpers, capper rings, gaskets, impellers and seals, isolators. Availability:
Colours: Wide variety of colours.
Shore hardness: 10ºA up to 95ºD.
