Polyurethane (PU) or Urethane is a versatile synthetic rubber available in a wide range of shore hardnesses. Polyurethane is the toughest synthetic rubber available, it is extremely versatile and can be extruded, cast or sprayed onto many surfaces. Polyurethane can also be machined fairly easily so it is ideal for machining seals, washers or rollers from semi finished material.
