UHMW Polyethylene 1000 Grade is a semi-crystalline, thermoplastic engineering material with high toughness, good wear/abrasion resistance, and very good low temperature properties

Very low water absorption
Good sliding properties
Resistant to dilute acids, cleaning agents, numerous solvents
Very good electrical insulation
Difficult to bond

Very good abrasion resistance
Food Grade Material
Temperature Range:
up to +75ºC, +90ºC short term.
Applications:
Chain guides, cutting boards, scrapers, star wheels, wear strips, conveyor equipment & chute lining.
