Rubber Moulded Bellows
Key Features: Good for arduous applications and have excellent resilience to deflection. The are ideal for accomodating lateral movement or misalignment between fixing points. Competitively priced for low-volume production and are available in grades to certain British Standards.
Temperature: Neoprene (-20°C to +100°C) Silicone (-60°C to +250°C).
Polyurethane Moulded Bellows
Key Features: Inherent toughness. Resistant to abrasion, hydrolysis, ultraviolet rays, oils, most aliphatic fuels, chemicals and hazardous contaminants. Maximum flexibility and aesthetically pleasing. Frequently used on special-purpose machinery and in the medical and nuclear industries. Can also be supplied in flame-retardant PVC film is required.
