Bespoke Extruded Rubber Profiles
Our service covers design of tooling and samples right through to final inspection and despatch. All compounds can be manufactured including commercial, neoprene, nitrile, silicone, EPDM, Viton® and thermoplastic rubbers.
New tools are inexpensive to manufacture, often within a few days of receiving your firm order.
Cut profiles can be supplied in straight lengths, or coils and can be cut to shorter lengths using lathes or automatic guillotine.
With access to steam autoclave curing, microwave, slat bath, plastics and silicone extrusion processes we are competitive from small batches through to hundreds or thousands of metres.
