Cast Acrylic Sheet

Cast Acrylic Sheet is commonly used in display and signage applications due to its extensive range of colours. It is easy to machine, cut, drill and polish and can be fabricated and formed. It has outstanding UV resistance and has good chemical resistance properties. Cast Acrylic Sheet is also commonly used in engineering applications where a clear plastic is required in a greater thickness available in Polycarbonate or PETG. Acrylic does not have as high impact strength compared to Polycarbonate or PETG.

Key Features: Excellent optical properties, lightweight, good resistance to chemicals.

Applications: Display cases, decorative shelving, displays, lighting, sight glass, working models and signage.

Standards: Conforms to ISO 9001:2008 quality standards and ISO 14001:2004 environmental standards.

Temperature: Up to +80°C.

Cast Acrylic Colour Chart

Extruded Acrylic Sheet

Chemically resistant extruded thermoplastic with low water absorption is also available. It is deal for machine guards, prototype models, signs and screens.

Genuine Perspex® Acrylic Sheet

Genuine Perspex® Acrylic Sheet is a premium brand of cast acrylic sheet. It is long term weather resistant with no colour discolouration allowing in excess of 92% transmission of visible light. The high surface quality is achieved by casting against glass and should be used where light and weathering are important factors.

Key Features: Outstanding clarity, high gloss surface, exceptionally hard wearing, weather resistant and easily fabricated.

Applications: Display cases, decorative shelving, lighting, sight glass, working models and signage.

Standards: FDA approved and cleared under FDA 21 CFR 177.1010 for use in food contact applications.

Temperature: -40°C to +80°C.
