Suction & delivery hoses are commonly used for the suction and transportation of many liquids, fumes, gases and abrasive media. We supply a wide range of S&D hoses suited to specific applications, including food grade options for beverage transfer, PVC and nitrile compound hoses for fuel and oil resistance, and TPV rubber hoses for conveying light acids and chemicals. These hoses are supplied with either an anti-shock plastic or steel spiral helix in order to provide crush resistance and burst strength for suction and / or delivery applications.

A highly flexible, light duty PVC hose, reinforced with an anti-shock, crush resistant nylon helix. Suitable for the suction and delivery of water, light chemicals and fertilisers. Available from 19mm - 76mm inside diameter. Temperature range of -5°C up to +60°C.
Manufactured from a smooth bore PVC with a shock resistant PVC helix spiral. Our 6107 is commonly used in effluent applications in the water supply and treatment industries. Available from 25mm - 152mm inside diameter. Temperature range of -25°C up to +60°C.
Both the PVC wall and the anti-shock PVC spiral are approved for food contact. Typically used for the transfer of mineral waters, fruit juices, wines and liquors. Available from 13mm - 152mm inside diameter. Temperature range of +10°C up to +60°C.
Manufactured from a smooth bore, plasticised PVC and a crush resistant PVC helix. The 6109 maintains its excellent flexibility at low operating temperatures. Available from 25mm - 203mm inside diameter. Temperature range of -25°C up to +60°C.
6110 is a PVC / nitrile compound hose providing oil resistant properties. This medium duty hose is normally used for the suction and transfer of industrial oils and fuels. Available from 19mm - 102mm inside diameter. Temperature range of -10°C up to +60°C.
Constructed from a heavy wall grey PVC with an embedded anti-shock PVC spiral helix. Suitable for heavy duty suction and delivery of water, light chemicals and other liquids. Available from 32mm - 152mm inside diameter. Temperature range of -5°C up to +60°C.
A PVC / nitrile blend inner and outer tube, reinforced with a polyester yarn and a steel spiral helix. Suitable for conveying mineral oils, lubricants, diesel oils and fuels. Available from 20mm - 102mm inside diameter. Temperature range of -30°C up to +80°C.
Made from a TPV inner and outer to reduce abrasion and reinforced with a steel spiral and polyester yarn. The 6124 is specifically used in the transfer of acids and chemicals. Available from 20mm - 102mm inside diameter. Temperature range of -30°C up to +80°C.
A smooth bore, EVA / polyethylene copolymer hose. It displays crush, kink and abrasion resistance and is commonly used in effluent and sanitary liquid transfer applications. Available from 51mm - 76mm inside diameter. Temperature range of -40°C up to +60°C.
Similar in construction to our 6108. This crush resistant, food grade suction and delivery hose is suitable for conveying alcoholic beverages with a concentration up to 20%. Available from 20mm - 127mm inside diameter. Temperature range of -10°C up to +60°C.
