Yes, our in-house CNC profile-cutting facility can produce single gaskets or large quantities from a wide range of gasket materials. Send us your drawing or sample, and we will quote.

What materials are augers made from?

We can manufacture in a few different materials; however, our most popular options are UHMW polyethene PE1000, acetal or nylon, depending on your application and media.

Do you supply moulded rubber bellows for vibratory equipment?

Yes, we can supply moulded rubber bellows (sometimes referred to as locker sleeves) that are used for product transfer on vibratory equipment, which are flexible but still keep their open diameter to allow for product flow.
