Vacuum hoses are a popular product of choice for the suction and transportation of air, fumes, liquids and small particle solids such as powders and dust. They are typically manufactured with an enclosed steel wire or anti-shock PVC spiral helix, which is designed to provide exceptional resistance to vacuum and crush. Specific types offer additional benefits, such as food grade, phthalate free PVC, taste and odour free polyurethane, and flame retardant or anti-static compounds.

Our most popular vacuum hose, the 6104 displays excellent resistance to crushing, vacuum, UV and chemicals. It is phthalate free and suitable for food contact applications. Available from 6mm - 152mm inside diameter. Temperature range of -15°C up to +60°C.
Constructed from a plasticized PVC with an anti-shock PVC spiral helix. It is a very flexible, smooth bore hose with good mechanical properties. Also suitable for use as a ducting. Available from 25mm - 300mm inside diameter. Temperature range of -10°C up to +50°C.
A food grade polyurethane hose with an anti-shock PVC spiral helix. It is resistant to crush and abrasion and is extremely flexible due to its light duty wall. Available from 20mm - 300mm inside diameter. Temperature range of -40°C up to +80°C.
6116 is a less flexible but more robust alternative to our 6115. It also has an anti-shock PVC spiral helix and is supplied in food grade as standard. Available from 30mm - 305mm inside diameter. Temperature range of -40°C up to +80°C.
Our heaviest duty polyurethane vacuum hose. It is smooth bore, food contact approved, and is ideally suited to conveying heavy duty abrasive particles such as grain. Available from 30mm - 152mm inside diameter. Temperature range of -40°C up to +80°C.
A lightweight flexible hose made from a flame retardant PVC compound. It has an anti-shock PVC helix, is smooth bore, and is resistant to weathering, ageing hydrolysis and UV. Available from 25mm - 300mm inside diameter. Temperature range of -10°C up to +50°C.
Displays similar properties to 6104, but is manufactured from a bio vinyl compound from biological sources. This allows for reduced CO2 emissions during production. Available from 6mm - 152mm inside diameter. Temperature range of -10°C up to +60°C.
A smooth bore, food grade, ether-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) hose. It is neutral to taste and colour and is resistant to chemicals, oils, fats and abrasion. Available from 20mm - 63mm inside diameter. Temperature range of -30°C up to +90°C.
Manufactured from a two ply soft PVC with spring steel wire helix. Superflextract is suitable for the suction and delivery of liquids, gases and fine grained solid particles. Available from 25mm - 102mm inside diameter. Temperature range of -0°C up to +70°C.
Crush resistant and lightweight. This anti-static vacuum hose is suitable for the suction of fine-grained particles, dust, and powders. It has a surface resistance of < 106 Ohms. Available from 25mm - 51mm inside diameter. Temperature range of -40°C up to +60°C.
