Water Jet Cutting
Water Jet Cutting uses an extremely high pressure jet of water, or water mixed with an abrasive media, to precision cut a wide range of materials to very tight tolerances. Utilising CAD technology, this highly advanced machinery provides an exceptionally clean finish whilst avoiding heat defect issues caused when cutting harder materials.

Our plastic machining capabilities are expansive and enable us to manufacture precision components using advanced CNC technology. Facilities available include cutting, routing, turning, drilling and milling. CNC Insulation Machining
Our vast knowledge and engineering expertise enables us to offer a complete CNC machining service of industrial laminates and insulation boards. This includes our unique ability to precision engineer some of the toughest and most abrasive materials, including those manufactured from products such as calcium silicate, inorganic mineral fibre, cement, mica and ceramic fibre.

Rubber Moulding
We have a number of large in-house rubber moulding presses giving us the capacity to mould rubber from a wide range of compounds held in stock. We can manufacture various moulded parts from small detailed components to large rubber blocks, often incorporating metal parts, reinforcing plates and threaded inserts. A fully bespoke moulding service is available.

Industrial Stitching
Our industrial stitching department has modern equipment capable of sewing a wide range of high performance, heavy-duty fabrics. This enables us to manufacture products such as transfer sleeves, pipework connectors, compensator bellows, covers, curtains and insulation jackets. Reinforcing rings, collars and fillers can also be incorporated.

CNC Profile & Gasket Cutting
Utilising some of the latest CNC cutting machinery, we have the capability to manufacture cut profiles and gaskets from a range of stocked materials including plastic, insulation, rubber and sponge sheets. Parts can be manufactured direct from CAD files or drawings. We also have a digitising facility which allows us to plot around your samples or templates.

Plastic Fabrication
Our comprehensive plastic fabrication facilities include forming, bending, welding, bonding and polishing. We fabricate thermoplastics such as PETG, polycarbonate, acrylic (Perspex®), PVC, polypropylene and polyethylene. Commonly parts include: machine guards, chutes, hoppers, covers, trays, cabinets, boxes and containers.

Plastic Welding
Our plastic welding service enables us to create bespoke fabricated items which may not be achievable through machining alone. Joining plastic parts together is achieved using plastic welding rods and we work with a range of engineering and display plastics including: PVC, polypropylene, polyethylene, PETG, polycarbonate and acrylic (Perspex®).

PVC Door Curtain Kits
PVC door curtain can be found in many industries and is used in open doorways to control temperature, draughts, noise, spray, welding flash and insects. We have large stocks and can manufacture PVC door kits complete with strips cut to the required length and fitted with stainless steel hanging plates. Hanging rails are also included with optional red strips to highlight edges.

Hose Assemblies
Utilising our extensive hose and couplings stock, we can manufacture assemblies for a wide range of fluid transfer applications. Our most common including pvc suction & delivery, layflat fire hose, composite hose, rubber hose and stainless steel hose. We also offer a repair service where existing couplings can be used to manufacture new assemblies.
