Why Choose PAR Group?

Chemical processing sites often need a non-standard gasket or hose configuration at short notice, which is why we built an in-house cutting and assembly facility rather than relying on third parties. Send us a drawing, a sample, or even just a description of the failure you're trying to prevent, and our team can usually turn around a bespoke seal or assembly within days. We also keep detailed material records to help you repeat orders accurately to the same specification and material.

Customer Case Study

   Chemical Plant, UK

A site had a problem when ordering clear plastic settlement tubes; they couldn't purchase just the tubes. Their alternative supplier requires a full kit, including settlement tubes, a motor, and stirrers, so replacements are costly. One of our business development managers visited the site to measure up these tubes, including the base. Settlement tubes must be watertight, so it was important that the tube slot into the base. Utilising our CNC profile-cutting technology, we ensured the tube was slotted in place and fully welded to create a water-tight joint. By offering these settlement tubes as standalone units, we achieved a cost saving of almost half compared to the alternative supplier.
