Yes, our in-house gasket manufacturing facility can produce gaskets in silicone, PTFE, EPDM and other food-grade compounds to your drawing or sample, including non-standard sizes and shapes.

    Food Manufacturer, UK 

This UK snack manufacturer discovered an issue with their production lines: exposed foam rollers were slowly breaking apart during application, contaminating the product. We used one of the defective rollers as a sample and manufactured a metal-detectable TPU sleeve that fully covered the foam roller. This cover is considered food-approved, making it suitable for this application and offering the added benefit of being metal-detectable, enabling contamination to be detected quickly and efficiently. After a successful trial period of the new roller, all the remaining exposed foam rollers were fitted with metal-detectable sleeves.
