Our metal-detectable products contain additives that make them visible to the majority of metal detector and X-ray scanning equipment. However, we are unable to offer a blanket guarantee as detection depends on the sensitivity and calibration of your specific equipment. We recommend testing the products in your application on receipt before use in a live production environment.

Our metal-detectable silicone rubber sheeting is FDA-approved and suitable for food contact applications. Our TPU85MD thermoplastic polyurethane is also food-approved. Metal-detectable cable ties are manufactured from food-grade Nylon 66.

Yes, our food quality sponge roller covers are manufactured using metal-detectable TPU polyurethane. They are extremely durable and ideal for use on production lines for rolling, sorting and spacing products in food manufacturing environments.
