Yes, we offer PU and rubber roller and wheel coating in-house, available in a range of shore harnesses and colours. We can also manufacture new rollers to your specification if replacing rather than re-coating is preferred.

UHMW polyethylene (PE1000) is one of the best-performing materials for abrasion, impact and wear resistance, and is self-lubricating, ideal for chute lining and conveying guides. An acetal rod is a strong option where mechanical strength and precision machining are required.
