Polyurethane is an extremely versatile, abrasion resistant material. It can be extruded, cast or sprayed onto many surfaces in a variety of different shore hardnesses. Polyurethane can also be machined, making it suitable for manufacturing seals, washers or rollers.

Note: Due to the method of manufacture used when casting polyurethane one surface often has a smoother finish than the other. We do not consider these surfaces to be ‘top’ and ‘bottom’ for machining purposes. If ‘top’ finish is important to you then please specify this in writing at the point of enquiry.
These options are all available in a range of different shore hardnesses, sizes and colours as standard, with others available on request.

Manufactured from clear, durable polyurethane that encases a soft polyurethane foam centre.
We can manufacture TPU covers that work similarly to our PVC covers. However, they have the benefit of being food quality safe.
We can cast components to offer protection against wear, and parts can be machined to incorporate holes, grooves, and chamfers if required.
This can be applied and bonded directly onto rubber, sponge, plastic, wood, GRP and more to target surface areas of a component requiring protection.
