DIN Tankwagon couplings are manufactured to DIN 28450 and are commonly used on European tanker fleets in fluid transfer applications. Style MK (female) and Style VK (male) are easily connected and are secured by utilising the female locking handle. MK and VK parts have a female BSPP thread on the opposing side for connection with British Standard male BSP thread couplings and are available in a range of sizes. Hypalon tankwagon seals are used on the DIN side of the coupling and the flat PTFE washer is positioned within the BSP thread.
