GYLON® Fawn Style 3500

GYLON® Fawn Style 3500 is a PTFE gasket material with silica filler. It offers much improved performance over standard PTFE and helps reduce product loss and emissions. GYLON® Fawn Style 3500 helps minimise cold flow problems typical of expanded PTFE and also has excellent bolt torque retention. As with standard PTFE and other GYLON® materials, it withstands a wide range of chemicals. This material also conforms to FDA regulations and can be cut to meet your specific requirements utilising our in-house CNC machining technology. Applications

Suitable for use with a wide range of media, including strong acids (except hydrofluoric), solvents, hydrocarbons, water, steam, chlorine and cryogenics. Commonly used in the chemical, petrochemical, pulp and paper industries.
