Nylon Casting

Nylon casting is ideal for manufacturing large sheets, rods or tubes that are not readily available. This unique plastic casting process is also suitable for manufacturing the same plastic component required on a regular basis. We are able to supply cast Nylon 6 in rods, sheets and tubes and hold a range of sizes and thicknesses in stock.

We can also offer a bespoke nylon casting service for specific customer requirements, have ultrasonic detection equipment, and can carry out inspections on castings for voids and porosity upon request.
