Metal detectable nitrile gaskets are commonly used in applications involving animal fats, fish oils, greases and vegetable oils. They conform with EC regulations and contain additives that are visible to metal detector scanning equipment. Temperature range of -30°C up to +100°C.
Metal detectable silicone gaskets contain additives that are visible to metal detector scanning equipment. They are commonly used in high temperature applications and have excellent release properties. They are also FDA and EC approved. Temperature range of -60°C up to +200°C.
