PEEK sheet is available from PAR in a number of different grades as listed below. PEEK is a high end engineering plastic which typically displays excellent resistance to elevated temperatures, harsh chemical environments and energy radiation. Other mechanical benefits include excellent dimensional stability, low creep, and a good resistance to abrasion for wear applications. Follow the links below for more information on each grade.
Available Grades of PEEK Sheet
A specialist plastic that retains its outstanding mechanical properties and resistance to chemicals at elevated temperatures. PEEK provides resilience to hydrolysis degradation, energy radiation and is also electrically insulating. Used in demanding applications as friction bearings or piston parts. Temperature range of -40°C up to +260°C.
A specialist plastic that retains its outstanding mechanical properties and resistance to chemicals at elevated temperatures. Metal detectable PEEK is an ideal solution for components in the pharmaceutical sector that are subject to multiple sterilisations, such as CIP and SIP applications. Temperature range up to +230°C.
Maintains all the benefits of standard PEEK material including excellent chemical and radiation resistance, high temperature resistance and high dimensional stability. The carbon fibre filler reduces abrasion, improves resistance to wear, and adds flame retardant and electrically conductive properties. Temperature range of -60°C up to +250°C.
