Polyethylene PE1000 Sheet - UHMW Anti-Static

Polyethylene PE1000 sheet - UHMW anti-static offers the electrostatic dissipative properties required for UHMW components operating at high speeds and conveying rates. This is a non recycled grade and maintains the key characteristics of standard UHMW such as a high wear resistance and a low coefficient of friction. We also offer 'regen' recycled black UHMW sheet which also provides anti-static properties.

Applications

Chain guides, wear strips and machined parts.

Key Features

Temperature: -150°C up to +80°C (+120°C short term).
Excellent electrostatic dissipative properties for high speed operations.
Excellent resistance to wear and chemicals.
Retains the characteristics of standard UHMW.
UV Stabilised.
