Polyethylene PE1000 sheet - UHMW lubricated has been specifically designed to provide a much lower coefficient of friction compared to standard UHMW. This reduces the energy required to push product along a conveyor line due to optimised sliding properties, thus increasing efficiency. Please see below for specific grades available. Extruded profiles and wear strips can also be manufactured from Lubricated UHMW.

Lubricated UHMW-V is designed to work at much higher velocities and increased pressure loads than standard UHMW. This helps increase productivity and efficiency while reducing overall energy consumption.

Technical Specification:
Lubricated UHMW-S has been specially developed to work alongside PET plastic bottles on conveying systems in the beverage industry. UHMW-S has a coefficient of friction up to 75% less than standard UHMW.
