Whale brand Tufnol® is a cotton fabric based laminate. It is a general purpose grade Tufnol® that is suitable for mechanical applications and possesses excellent all round physical properties. We offer B12 and F2 as an alternative to the genuine whale brand Tufnol®, which is available to buy online at PAR Direct.
Used in a wide range of mechanical applications and general uses such as gears, spacers, jigs and fixtures. It is also used for wear-resistant components and in low voltage insulation applications.

The following are the standard B12 sizes available. For genuine Whale Brand Tufnol availability, please enquire.

2440 x 1220, 1200 x 1200, 600 x 600 (3 to 12mm),
1200 x 1200, 590 x 590 (20 to 52mm)
*B12 sheet has a +/- tolerance at any given point; please refer to the technical data sheet for more information.
Also available: 0.4mm up to 228.6mm thick in 1220mm² sheets upon request in natural and black. Please enquire.
Rod Availability:
Note: Rods may be machined from sheet rather than moulded. Minimum order quantities may apply. We can also supply tubular section, hexagonal bar and rectangular bar.
