Polyurethane Sheet, Rod & Tube 

Polyurethane sheet, rod and tube is extremely abrasion resistant and can be custom cast in a wide range of sizes, shore hardnesses and colours. PAR Group also have the capability to machine Polyurethane utilising highly advanced in-house CNC technology. The following are the standard sizes available with many more available upon request.

Polyurethane Sheet

Polyurethane sheet is popular for a wide range of industrial applications including linings, scrapers, gaskets and machined components. It can be manufactured in the following sizes and shores hardnesses and in a variety of colours. If a specific colour is required, please state at the point of enquiry.

Maximum Sheet Size (mm): up to 4100 x 1750
Thickness (mm): 2mm up to 100mm (dependent on sheet size)

Note: Tolerance on shore hardness is ±5°A. Harder (°D scale) shore hardnesses are available upon request. Tolerance on sheet thickness is ±1mm. 

Due to the method of manufacture used when casting polyurethane one surface often has a smoother finish than the other. We do not consider these surfaces to be 'top' and 'bottom' for machining purposes. If 'top' finish is important to you then please specify this in writing at point of enquiry.

Polyurethane rod is commonly used for a range of industrial applications including specialist seals, spacers and machined into components. It can be manufactured in the following sizes and hardnesses as standard with specific colours are available upon request.

  • Many shore hardnesses available upon request.

Shore Hardness (°D): 60*.
Colour: Black, blue, natural, red, yellow.
Rod Diameter (mm): 12, 15, 18, 21, 25, 31, 35, 37, 40, 50, 63, 70, 76, 79, 81, 82, 88, 100, 125, 150.
Rod Length (mm):

300 (not available in 37 diameter rod),
500 (only available in 37, 63, 70, 79 and 82 diameter rod)

1000 (only available in 37, 63, 70, 82 and 150** diameter rod).

Polyurethane tube can also be manufactured and is commonly used for applications such as rollers, protective collars and machined components. Polyurethane tubes are made to order with many more sizes and specific colours available upon request.
